Chapter Community Partner Form

U.S. Business Action to End HIV is developing local chapters in priority jurisdictions with high HIV incidence and a strong corporate presence. These coalitions are designed to build bridges between local businesses and the public health community to address the unique challenges to ending the local HIV epidemic and engage in a coordinated response.

If you are a health department, HIV service organization, faith-based organization, or other community-based organization who is interested in working with local businesses to strengthen the HIV response in a chapter market, we invite you to become a Community Partner and be included in a Community Partner Directory - an ongoing resource to chapter members to help facilitate their engagement and impact.
